Marcos had a draft that can only be described with one word, luck. He was able to keep RB Saquon Barkley while also getting the 12th pick in the draft. This means his 2nd round pick would come the soonest for the teams with keepers taking up first round picks. With this luck he was able to secure RB Nick Chubb who ran for nearly 1500 yards last season. Rounds 3 and 4 come to no surprise with selections of WR DJ Morre and WR Calvin Ridley. The steal for Marcos comes at one of the most important positions in the sleeper league, QB. By grabbing Josh Allen in the 8th round Marcos gets the #6 QB in 2019 and a man who just got WR Stefon Diggs as an added weapon down field. Someone does this every year and 202 was no exception, some frittata will draft a kicker too early. Marcos was that frittata, when he selected K Justin Tucker in the 9th round. Most of the kickers went in rounds 13 and 14. K Justin Tucker is a phenomenal kicker but would most likely be available in the 10th or 11th. Lastly Marcos loaded up on IDPs in the late rounds which might not fare very well for many of the sleeper candidates that were available so i guess the luck eventually ran out.
