NFL Week 6 is here, which is hard to believe because it feels like the season just started. Before we begin, I would like to congratulate our very own Alex Gonzalez (GonzoFiveO) on the birth of his son Leo! Congrats to you and your wife, and we can’t wait for Leo to join the league! Now on to fantasy! We have FIVE teams at 4-1 and a few teams in the middle of the pack. It’s still early, but time is running out for the teams with one win, yours truly included (#sad). Our first recap begins with the closest match-up. MJaffe, winners of two in a row, was able to give Sc0p3 his first loss of the season thanks to big days from RB1 Leonard Fournette and WR2 Allen Robinson and a solid day from WR1 JuJu. Luckily for MJaffe, Sc0p3’s QB A-A-Ron Rodgers didn’t do much. Rodgers had a pedestrian day for Sc0p3, which wasted an amazing performance by Flex Will Fuller … who dropped 58.7 points!!!! WTF! How do you lose when you have a non-qb drop almost 60. Anyways, Sc0p3 falls to 4-1 and MJaffe improves to 2-3.

DjRell hung on for their 4th win of the season, despite a late charge by The Hebrew Hammer on MNF. DJRell used a solid day from RB2 Sony Michel, who remembered what the end-zone looks like, and an enormous day by the Eagles defense, dropping a cool 51 points. The Hebrew Hammer changed it’s name from “The Baker Boys” mainly after watching that Baker’s putrid performance on MNF. Luckily, Baker was on the bench. You know who else was on the bench? Matt Breida, who scored 30+. If Brandon puts Breida in, it’s a different story, BUT … bad teams make bad decisions. DjRell improves to 4-1, and the Hebrew Hammer falls to 1-4.

Special Snowflakes used a MASSIVE day from QB Deshaun Watson to take down GonzoFiveO and Patrick Mahomes. Special Snowflakes had the big day from Watson, and big-time production from his white-ass WR duo of Cooper Kupp and Adam Thielen. GonzoFiveO still managed to drop almost 200 points, but wasn’t able to overcome Watson’s monster day. Mahomes had a quiet (for him) 42 points, while Aaron Jones had a no-so-quiet day, scoring 4 TD’s on the ‘Boys. Special Snowflakes improves to 2-3, while GonzoFiveO falls to 3-2.

Old buddies Roy and Victor, who usually battle each other in farts, took on each other in Week 5. GoombsMcMerks got 50+ from two players, QB Russell Wilson and RB1 Christian McCaffrey. Both of those players are in the top-5 for NFL MVP so far, so you can imagine how Victor feels having them on his team. Eyewreckdumb had a great day from WR1 Amari Cooper and good production from the Chargers defense, but Roy can’t figure out the QB position, as Jared Goff scored more points on the bench than Philip Rivers. GoombsMcMerks improves to 4-1, while Eyewreckdumb falls to 1-4.

The league’s reigning champion continues to look good in 2019 and beats Los Matadores in Week 5. 2 TE Sets had great days from his “big three” of WR1 Michael Thomas, WR2 Chris Godwin, and RB Nick Chubb RB Philip Lindsay (we all saw that one coming, right?). Los Matadores had a great days from QB Tom Brady and WRs Tyler Boyd & Julian Edelman, but three players on his roster scored zero points. Also, Dak scored 60+ from the pine. This must feel like a cruel joke to Marcos at this point. 2 TE Sets improves to 4-1, while Los Matadores falls to 1-4.

Joey and Dboy have been in countless battles over the years. In week 5, this was hardly a battle. Philly Special dominated this week thanks to a huge performance by QB Matt Ryan (too bad his real team sucks) and a big day from Flex DJ Chark (just google him). Philly Special had good days from most his roster, but he really didn’t need it. SolerKing had a disappointing day from his guys, with his QB not even scratching 30. SolerKing did have good days from his RBs Tarik Cohen and Le’Veon Bell, and Drew Brees was seen throwing in practice, so there is some silver linings there for Joey. Philly Special improves to 4-1, while SolerKing falls to 1-4.

In our final recap, we get our biggest beat-down. DParnes took advantage of Fuck Antonio Brown’s lack of production from his roster. DParnes continues to get production from Andy Fucking Dalton, and had great days from his RB duo of Dalvin Cook and Josh Jacobs (cherrio!). DParnes had double-digits from all but two roster spots, well done. Fuck Antonio Brown didn’t have mcuh scoring from his guys. Jameis was mediocre and while Zeke had a decent day, the fact that the Cowboys were losing did not allow him to “eat”. Todd Gurley had a solid day, scoring 2 TDs but not getting much action (15 carries). DParnes improves to 4-1, while FAB falls to 1-4.
