Tier 1 – The Best, I Guess

1. Kansas City Chiefs ![]()
Record: 5-1
Last Game: L, 13-19 vs Steelers
Next Game: Week 7 @ Raiders
Last Week: 1
Brandon: Even though the Chiefs lost, I still believe they are the number one team. Alex Smith came back down to Earth, but still is the odd-on favorite to win the MVP. I wonder what those odds were in Week 1.
Erick: The Chiefs have been impressive all season long, and I don’t think we should overreact after their first blemish of the season. The Chiefs remain #1, for now.
Note: The Chiefs lost a heart-breaker last night, 31-30 to drop to 5-2.

2. Philadelphia Eagles ![]()
Record: 5-1
Last Game: W, 28-23 @ Panthers (TNF)
Next Game: Week 7 vs Washington (MNF)
Last Week: 5
B: Are the Eagles the best team in the NFC? Well, yes…by default. The injury to Rodgers makes it clear for the rest of us. Big MNF game for the Eagles.
E: The Eagles have put together a good defensive, and offensive team, and are the Best team in the NFC, maybe even the league.

3. New England Patriots ![]()
Record: 4-2
Last Game: W, 24-17 @ Jets
Next Game: Week 7 vs Falcons
Last Week: 7
B: The Patriots are still good, but they aren’t good. This team can’t cover a spread to save their life, but still lead the AFC East. Brady is looking like he’s hurt…or is he just old?
E: Tom Brady is going make sure they make the playoffs, but the Defense will make sure they don’t go far.
4. Carolina Panthers ![]()
Record: 4-2
Last Game: L, 23-28 vs Eagles
Next Game: Week 7 @ Bears
Last Week: 4
B: The Panthers had their chance to really show the NFC they were back! They did not capitalize, and Cam looked awful at the worst time. Who was that last pass to?
E: The Panthers are a good example of what a top 5 team looks like this season, good but not great.

5. Pittsburgh Steelers ![]()
Record: 4-2
Last Game: W, 19-13 @ Chiefs
Next Game: Week 7 vs Bengals
Last Week: 11
B: Give the freaking ball to Le’Veon Bell. It’s that simple.
E: Best way to keep Ben from throwing picks, is by running the ball, and that’s just what the Steelers did against the Chiefs. That needs to remain the game plan moving forward.
Tier 2 – Do You Smell Playoffs?

6. Los Angeles Rams ![]()
Record: 4-2
Last Game: W, 27-17 @ Jaguars
Next Game: Week vs Cardinals (London)
Last Week: 9
Brandon: Hard to believe the Rams are almost a top-five team after 6 weeks, but here we are. They play good defense and Goff looks impressive enough to win games.
Erick: The Rams have a well-balanced offense, and showed that by winning against the Jags on the road by focusing on the run. The Rams are not a fluke, and have to be taken seriously.

7. Seattle Seahawks ![]()
Record: 3-2
Last Game: Bye
Next Game: Week 7 vs Giants
Last Week: 8
B: The Seahawks could sneak their way back to the top of the NFC. They are only one loss behind the Eagles, and have championship pedigree. They just need to protect Wilson.
E: If the Seahawks can get anything out of their O line, they can get to the NFC Championship game.
8.
Atlanta Falcons ![]()
Record: 3-2
Last Game: L, 17-20 vs Miami
Next Game: Week 7 @ Patriots
Last Week: 3
B: I am not a fan of the 2017 Falcons. The offense doesn’t look the same after Shanahan left, and Matt Ryan is back to his old self.
E: Hard to believe in the Falcons, but they’re still good enough to be a top 10 team, the way this season is going so far.

9. Houston Texans ![]()
Record: 3-3
Last Game: W, 33-17 vs Browns
Next Game: Bye
Last Week: 14
B: DeShaun Watson seems to be a shoe in for Rookie of the Year. The Texans are in a battle for the division, and might have the best QB in said division too.
E: Watson continues to impress, so far so good for the Texans.

10. Minnesota Vikings ![]()
Record: 4-2
Last Game: W, 23-10 vs Packers
Next Game: Week 7 vs Ravens
Last Week: 21
B: Saw that Teddy Bridgewater almost got taken out by a ball boy in practice. Good God, please keep this man healthy.
E: The Vikings are in first place in the NFC North, and if Bridgewater can return this season the Vikings can be scary.

11. Denver Broncos ![]()
Record: 3-2
Last Game: L, 10-23 vs Giants
Next Game: Week 7 @ Chargers
Last Week: 6
B: This team fooled me. I thought they were okay. Shit, I thought Siemian was okay. Well, I was wrong. The Broncos are only as good as their QB, who is 4th in the division in skillset.
E: I still think the Broncos can make the playoffs, but they can’t remain in the top 10 the week after they lost to the Giants.
Tier 3 – The Unknown

12. Green Bay Packers ![]()
Record: 4-2
Last Game: L, 10-23 @ Vikings
Next Game: Week 7 vs Saints
Last Week: 2
Brandon: I am in the mindset of bringing in Colin Kaepernick, but I know I am in the minority here (and the lawsuit doesn’t help). I don’t think Hundley is the answer, despite what McCarthy spewed out of his mouth.
Erick: I won’t completely write the Packers off yet, but at this point all they could do is hope they go 9-7, and sneak in to the playoffs just in time for Aaron Rodgers to return and save the Season.

13. Buffalo Bills ![]()
Record: 3-2
Last Game: Bye
Next Game: Week 7 vs Buccaneers
Last Week: 12
B: I still don’t know what Buffalo is yet, mainly because they just had an early bye week. Tyrod is limited, but this team is well coached and should compete in every game
E: The Bills have beaten some good teams, but they have also played down to their competition at times. If they can fix that, then maybe this is the Year they win the AFC east.

14. Washington Football Team ![]()
Record: 3-2
Last Game: W, 26-24 vs 49ers
Next Game: Week 7 @ Eagles (MNF)
Last Week: 16
B: The Washington racist football team actually is not that bad of a football team. They beat the 49ers, but they did leave the window open to lose. Good teams will not squander that chance like the 49ers did
E: Everyone beats the Niners, but let’s see how they look against the Eagles on Monday night.

15. Jacksonville Jaguars ![]()
Record: 3-3
Last Game: L, 17-27 vs Rams
Next Game: Week 7 @ Colts
Last Week: 13
B: The Jaguars are lost. They need a change at QB. ANYONE will do. Bortles is clearly not the guy; his confidence is shot. But they have Leonard Fornette, so that masks it all. He’s very good at football.
E: The defense will continue to keep them in the hunt, and Bortles will continue to try and take them out of the hunt.
16. Tennessee Titans ![]()
Record: 3-3
Last Game: W, 36-22 vs Colts (MNF)
Next Game: Week 7 @ Browns
Last Week: 20
B: Mariota still looks hurt, which is apparently how he always looks, because he is always hurt.
E: The Titans might move back in to the top 10 IF Mariota can stay healthy, but of course that’s a big IF.

17. Detroit Lions ![]()
Record: 3-3
Last Game: L, 38-52 @ Saints
Next Game: Bye
Last Week: 10
B: I thought the Lions were good. They proved me wrong, because of course they did. Now, they will just look good until the wrong time and miss the postseason. You heard it here first.
E: Now that Aaron Rodgers is done for the year, the Lions have a shot of winning the NFC North, but they can’t be losing to teams like the Saints.

18. New Orleans Saints ![]()
Record: 3-2
Last Game: W, 52-38 vs Lions
Next Game: Week 7 @ Packers
Last Week: 23
B: Sean Payton lets you know that he’s in charge. They trade Peterson, and then hand it off to Mark Ingram 20+ times.
E: Nothing has changed, the Saints can still score, and they still can’t defend.

19. New York Jets ![]()
Record: 3-3
Last Game: L, 17-24 vs Patriots
Next Game: Week 7 @ Dolphins
Last Week: 24
B: The Jets are 3-3, which NO ONE saw coming. Josh McCown is still doing his thing back there, but they still are starting him, so yeah, they aren’t going to get the playoffs.
E: The Jets look like a well-coached team, but they still need a QB.

20. Baltimore Ravens ![]()
Record: 3-3
Last Game: L, 24-27 vs Bears
Next Game: Week 7 @ Vikings
Last Week: 18
B: The Ravens stink. I’m out on them. Flacco looks like a shell of himself, or maybe his true self. Point is, I’m out.
E: I don’t see how this offense can be trusted, when Flacco couldn’t even pass for 200 yards against the Bears.

21. Dallas Cowboys ![]()
Record: 2-3
Last Game: Bye
Next Game: Week 7 @ 49ers
Last Week: 17
B: The Zeke drama continues into Week 7. Now that he gets to play, can the Cowboys get back to .500?
E: If the Cowboys, coming off a bye week, don’t beat the Niners, I don’t see how Jason Garrett gets to keep his job.

22. Tampa Bay Buccaneers ![]()
Record: 2-2
Last Game: L, 33-38 @ Cardinals
Next Game: Week 7 @ Bills
Last Week: 15
B: The “Hard Knocks hard on” (credit Cousin Sal) is officially worn off, and there is no Viagra around. This team stinks.
E: There is no reason the Bucs should be this bad, but they are, and they’re all hype so far.

23. Oakland Raiders ![]()
Record: 2-4
Last Game: L, 16-17 vs Chargers
Next Game: Week 7 vs Chiefs (TNF)
Last Week: 19
B: This team was ranked #2 at some point for us. Hard to believe they are now in the 20’s, and probably will drop further. TNF against the 5-1 Chiefs is on deck, and I don’t know if the Navorro Bowman addition will help there.
E: The Raiders have gone from a Top 3 team, to a bottom 10 team, the Raiders are trending in the wrong direction.
Note: The Raiders won last night against the Chiefs, 31-30 to improve to 3-4.

24. Arizona Cardinals![]()
Record: 3-3
Last Game: W, 38-33 vs Buccaneers
Next Game: Week 7 vs Rams (London)
Last Week: 26
B: It was nice to see Adrian Peterson do his thing, even if it was just for one week. The Cards are 3-3, but they have a long road back to being a good team.
E: You can add the Bucs to the list of bad teams the Cardinals can beat, but you still can’t consider the Cardinals a good team.
Tier 4 – Welcome to Shitsville

25. Miami Dolphins ![]()
Record: 3-2
Last Game: W, 20-17 @ Falcons
Next Game: Week 7 vs Jets
Last Week: 25
B: Nice win by Miami last week, but before that, they were down 0-17 and looked like one of the worst teams in the league. I guess all you needed to do was play the Falcons and be losing in the 2nd half.
E: The Dolphins beat the Falcons, but that just means the Falcons aren’t as good as we thought they were. The Dolphins still have Cutler, so they shouldn’t be taken seriously.

26. Indianapolis Colts ![]()
Record: 2-4
Last Game: L, 22-36 @ Titans (MNF)
Next Game: Week 7 vs Jaguars
Last Week: 29
B: Luck “experienced a setback” so he’s out for probably the rest of the season. Truth is, he doesn’t want to play for this shit team and risk futher injury. The Colts only benefit from losing.
E: At this point I don’t see why Luck would want to join this bad Colts team, he’s better off waiting for next year.

27. Cincinnati Bengals![]()
Record: 2-3
Last Game: Bye
Next Game: Week 7 vs Steelers
Last Week: 22
B: The Bengals still have a shot. I believe they will play well against the Steelers this week. Joe Mixon has taken the reigns, and let’s see what he can do.
E: So last week I said the Bengals had a shot of winning AFC North, talk about an overreaction. The Bye week gave me enough time to come to my senses, and realize I should never trust Andy Dalton.

28. Chicago Bears ![]()
Record: 2-4
Last Game: W, 27-24 @ Ravens
Next Game: Week 7 vs Panthers
Last Week: 28
B: Trubisky can run, but lets see if can actually run a team. The Bears have two nice wins under their belt, and they both happen to be in the AFC North.
E: I still don’t know if Trubisky is going to be good, but I know the Bears look better than the 4 teams ranked below them.

29. Los Angeles Chargers ![]()
Record: 2-4
Last Game: W, 17-16 @ Raiders
Next Game: Week 7 vs Broncos
Last Week: 27
B: The Chargers have won two games in a row, after losing four. This team should not be 2-4, but Rivers has lost some juice in the arm…and it shows.
E: Once the Chargers replace Phillip rivers, we can start taking them seriously.
30. New York Giants ![]()
Record: 1-5
Last Game: W, 23-10 @ Broncos
Next Game: Week 7 vs Seahawks
Last Week: 31
B: Of course the Giants defense would show up when they are already 0-5. For some reason, I have a feeling this team coul—No. NO! I will not fall into the trap.
E: The Giants got the dub they needed to avoid going 0-16, so they can now go full tank mode.

31. San Francisco 49ers ![]()
Record: 0-6
Last Game: L, 24-26 @ Washington
Next Game: Week 7 vs Cowboys
Last Week: 30
B: Well, the Brian Hoyer experiment failed. WHAT A SHOCKER.
E: Is Bethard the future? NO! Are the 49ers still winless? Yes!

32. Cleveland Browns ![]()
Record: 0-6
Last Game: L, 17-33 @ Texans
Next Game: Week 7 vs Titans
Last Week: 32
B: Hue Jackson: (Starts Kizer. Kizer doesn’t play well. Benches Kizer, starts Hogan. Hogan looks even worse. Benches Hogan. Starts Kizer.) HEY HUE, you’re still getting canned.
E: In a season full of ups and downs, it has only been downs for the Browns.
